Above makes just no sense, in anyway. Hey, i'm quite a bit of a spec whore, but even i can't find a justification for that kind of spec on S40. I still hold on the 1ghz, 512mb on the RM-680 and on the consumer device, but it would be funny if S40 phone had the same SOC inside as "mobile computer" as Nokia calls it's Maemo/MeeGo line.
