You did know that you can finetune the pressure needed to pop up the thumbboard and even assign a physical hotkey to it, right?

When I am in the thumboard and attempt to type with both thumbs, alot of times I can type, but there are many spelling mistakes due to it thinking that I pressed another key instead of the one I intended.
I had the same problem at first (with my 770). The N800's iteration was a little better, but the main thing that seems to cure mis-typings, is simple training. Keep it up, bite the bullet, persevere -- in short: keep using it and it will get better. Mine did, my mis-keying is down to just about zero.

The N810 is a rip off. You are paying twice as much for basically just GPS and a built in keyboard. You lose the dual SD card slots, which is the reason I even got a N800. I have two 8GB SD Cards, and if I were ever to upgrade to the N810 I wouldn't be able to use any of them.
No argument there. The N810 is obviously not an upgrade path for N800 users.
