well this is pretty dangerous but looks like there is no way else

rm /etc/sudoers.d/everybody.sudoers
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/sudser.postrm
sudser # then try to skip and don't enter a pass)

then reinstall it
then :

rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/sudser.postrm # if it didn't work repeat the steps but without this one

then remove it
