The nice thing about the Android platform (vs the Nokia's experience, or even the Apple iP* experience) is that at least you can buy your apps, switch phones and pick and choose your carrier and hardware manufacturer. So, welcome aboard and I hope you find something great that fits you! At least on the Android side you'll have a better chance of it. Let me know if there's anything I can point out to help, if I can.
