Should not be a problem. In Germany for example, you just grab the one from Austria. But based on the announcement, the hardware/frequency specs and the leaked Harmattan package list, I would assume there is only one single variant of this phone.

Including all frequencies (Quad-band GSM/Penta-band 3G) and all languages (leaked package list had localization packages for about 30 languages...)

And also I expect major retailers like Amazon to have it in stock nonetheless.
