2. Maintenance centres usually don't. Really. Lots to worry about there.
3. Removable batteries have saved my *** many times. Mostly when travelling or being away from a source of electricity. The N9 has what, 4.5 hours of battery juice when watching a movie, right? (Think of the N900 with the USB problems without removable batteries....)

On a side note, congrats to you Peter and all those that developed the N9. I hope it has a lot of consumer success and perhaps even convinces Nokia that it should rethink its WP7 strategy. The UI does look sweet.
