Even if Opera wins against Google, you think Google will close down Android? They'd just build a new sandbox on top of the kernel, to replace the one they have now. They could build conversion tools, anything. Or, if Google laid down and died, Nokia could. It's just a java-like virtual machine.
From Nokia perspective, it would not be very wise to adopt Android. Oracle does not have a mobile platform at the moment, but has a mighty patent portfolio, horde of best lawyers the money can buy, and loads of cache.

Nokia's telecommunication portfolio would be a weak defence against Oracle (quite reverse from Apple case), so nothing will happen until the Oracle vs Google is decided.

BTW: they may be able to buy Nokia as well.
