I am, and I'm aware of the amount of money SCO demanded from IBM, Novell, etc. And Nokia from Apple, Apple from Nokia, etc. Even if Opera wins against Google, you think Google will close down Android? They'd just build a new sandbox on top of the kernel, to replace the one they have now. They could build conversion tools, anything. Or, if Google laid down and died, Nokia could. It's just a java-like virtual machine.
