search for the bleeding edge driver thread you'll find its compatible with kernel 46 with/without uboot and btw the bleeding edge driver can be loaded by a single load.sh script, its not a lot of processing and .debing going around (at least that what i thought when i heard the word driver for the first time) so it can work with kernel 46 + uboot check the first post in the driver thread
