The extras catalogue has become corrupted. Try disabling the catalogue, exiting fapman, then going back and re-enabling it (and updating the catalogues). If that doesn't work, then you may need to delete the file (/opt/fapman-cache/lists/repository.maemo.org_extras_dists_fremantle-1.3_free_binary-armel_Packages) and update the catalogues.
