This is true. Elop is planning on manufacting just under a 100k n9's. So it is expected that it's availability won't be too broad. And it means you will probably not be able to import it, because of a limited amount of devices. I suspect the N9 will find it's way to ebay for upwards of U$1000,00 since it will be so rare.
