How smooth? You cannot tell it is streaming live TV or playing a video file from the system. Ran for 45 min, no AV desync, crash, stuttering.

tada - now you can watch TV in your bedroom/kitchen/livingroom or even bathroom

Video quality? Top notch! Better than youtube hiQuality.
