You're correct, I was just in one of their stores and asked about this. They said online you can only see the Even More Plus pricing if you're a current customer but anyone can come into a store for EMP plans. Here is the pricing shown to me when I click "Add a line" for my account:

750 min - $49.99
1500 min - $59.99
3000 min - $79.99
Unlimited - $79.99

+ $20 for unlimited txt
+ $40 for unlimited web

These are the family plan prices. It doesn't show me the individual line prices.
