use the same nitdroid.manifest file .

and try the solution i posted above

Make sure you downloaded the files manually
and move both files to .nitdroid directy

like i posted before

try to move
N12_UMay.tar.bz2
and
kernel file in

.nitdroids folder ...
connecting ur mobile via Pc or
use FileBox (recommend)

Move both files to
/home/user/MyDocs/.nitdroid

and execute the same commands process ..

U WILL ABLE TO INSTALL NOW . WITHOUT ANY ERROR
IT WILL WORK FOR U 100 %
