Hmmm...my device really feels snappier after this patch and it hasn´t degraded after couple of days usage. Normally my N900 feels responsive after bootup but tends to slow down to point where opening camera app or gallery takes sometimes ~5 seconds to load and everything starts to slow down.

Btw. Karam have you read thread about flushing/refreshing swap or putting it to memory card?

What are the downsides of this patch/script? Even any wild ideas? Should it be integrated to CSSU?
