at last i manage to (after reboot)
after typing
/home/user # cd /dev/cgroup/cpu

/dev/cgroup/cpu # (come out) but when type Is

/bin/sh: Is: not found
/dev/cgroup/cpu #

i guess i manage to apply the speedpatch even though i can't see any files, as mr karam says,

"anyway as long as the directory cgroup is created that means the patch has been successfuly applied"

now i'll try to 'play' with battery improvement
but i think i am not playing with tweaks as it looks very complicated to me...
