Disabling it will result in broken bt-mice support in kernel. Lets retsaw make logs with and without bt-mice patch, so we can find what the real issue is, as he is the only one so far having this problem. And there is a pile of patches around web for BT handsfree devices (esp Motorolla ones) so I suspect the above mentioned patch just triggers another bug without being the root cause.

EDIT:
@retsaw - will you please point to posts where those two mentioned in your post guys are saying that they have exactly the same problem.
