Not without either setting up folders and placing that into the bottom launcher area or using something else to accomplish what you want.

I mean, within Zeam, I used to have a folder that's set aside for all of the tools that I use the most frequently. I set that folder - an Android standard - into my launcher and went with that while using Zeam.

Now, I have adopted a different method, SiMi Folder is what I use now, on my desktop. It's a bit more like iOS style folders and does what I need - I can scroll left to right within an expanded folder... mind you, I also own an iPad, so that form of folders is quite "normal" to me.
