So I've decided not to get an N810 for my wife.

I think it's a great piece of hardware, with a lot of potential. If I had the time and money, it might be fun to pick one up and play around with it. But I don't have the time and money, and neither does my wife.

The software for the N810 kills it. In my case, the lack of PIM was probably the tipping point. Nokia needs to make the IT a real, usable product out-of-the box, especially for the price they charge. Once the IT realizes its potential and becomes a great product for end-users, I hope to buy one.
