it seems like SDL is buggy on the N900. i have audio buffers that have zero-ed values being submitted to SDL via the audio callback function and i still hear crackling sounds. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

sigh.....we have 1.2.13 on the n900.
the bug was fixed in 1.2.14 of SDL.
