EDIT: i got it working. i gave it a twist, in case anyone else had this problem.

I received my n800 yesterday, and I was enjoying it immensely, but when i plugged it into my stereo, there was no right speaker output. I tried various other headphones/connectors, and have confirmed that it is a problem with the jack on my n800. When I insert the plug, it won't quite go in all the way, preventing the right headphone output from connecting.

anyway, more to the point, would opening the n800 void the warantee? I would really like to avoid sending it out, and i can't find a site that lists nokia-authorized repair stores. Anyway, if it didn't void my warantee, i would like to look around inside to see if there is an easy fix.
