I've never found any such thread before, and I thought why not to create one?

So say I've decided to buy a netbook/tablet to install MeeGo and Cordia very much likely, what hardware shall this tablet/netbook encompass?
I personally would love a touchscreen, 4GB of RAM, an intel atom processor, 320GB of storage, what do you recommend me/us?
