That informercial looks very apple-y. I wouldn't be surprised if Nokia's management, in desperation said something like "Oh wtf, the market has gone nuts. Let's just do what Apple does, cause that seems to be working in the current market climate." I mean, just look at the N9: unibody design, UX centric, no hwkb, no removable battery, no flash, no hdmi, flashy marketing, and the list goes on...
