The command is just searching your home directory for any hidden (hidden as in prefaced by a "." before the directory name) direcotories that may contain Nelisquare user settings data.

There very well may be no such directory in $HOME, as Nelisquare might contain your user data in it's installation directory. But if it does hold some configs in your home directory, that data would not be erased when you remove the package so problems left over from previous installs would not be cleared by a reinstall of the package.

This is just common trouble shooting practice for any Linux app, not just Nelisquare. However, the above poster indicated that no such $HOME conifg directory in fact exists for Nelisquare so I think it's normal for the above command to come back empty.

That just means that removing an re-installing this app does in fact purge any previous Nelisquare settings and any functionality problems you have with Nelisquare are caused by something else.
