You will need to move the pictures only to ./.queen_beecon_dir/
Place the beecons files in any place as long as you can reach them, in fact, you can delete them after you import all of them or save them in a QBW folder in MyDocs (as I do) for later use.
Pictures should only be moved to .queen_beecon_dir once.
