First I would suggest you ask on the MeeGo forums, but I can already tell you that the answer is probably no.

You would basically have to duplicate the work done to port MeeGo to the Nexus One, but if there are any binary user space blobs (which there are, hardware video for one) then you'll be left with a partially functional device.
