Do we definitely know the N950 (& subsequently the N9) are using wl1271/3 or wl1271/3L?
Or is it possible that one or the other or both are using an entirely different radio?

If it's definitely from that family....
Then according to DeeGee's findings, it's not possible for it to be the 1271/3L (L denotes BT4).
And therefore it's not possible that the N950/N9 are a/b/g/n + BT4, but only a/b/g/n + BT2.1.

Or is this good enough proof that the N9 does BT4.0?
I guess we'll only know what radio it uses, when someone show us the dmesg for their N9?
