Elop could've fixed the internal bickering/delivery issues, & ran even harder with MeeGo.
Or at least pursued a dual smartphone OS strategy: MeeGo + WP7, & ditched Symbian.*
Works for the fastest growing handset company in the world (Samsung), it juggles 3!
There's no reason Nokia couldn't have done something similar...
