I don't understand why you are getting upset. I'd agree that the email client is awful but the rest ....
Virtually all websites work as expected, yes there are the occasional formatting issues but nothing too bad.
Using mplayer I have no problems viewing videos.
Heck it even plays music.
In all it's the best electrical product I've bought, i can't even remember where my ipod mini is.
