i don't know for now if there is an application to make video-calls in Y! IM but there is "account-plugin-hase" who add the yahoo protocol in VoIP IM. Or better use Pidgin (with all plug-ins) who let you transfer files, it have sound announcements, buzz,fonts... In the menu of Pidgin there is voice/video calling but is not working. Regards.
