OMFG i tested last night and got ~2200 wakeups (~800 while offline & locked / display off) while being connected to 3G. Now get off my friggin' lawn! Learn how to correctly interpret powertop results and use a proper battery.

This is not the right thread for your retaining issue, so get out of here. You still seem not so worse as zurrain is, but you're getting closer...
