ok it seems I sorted out
So far am connected since yesterday "not continuously" been disconnecting then connecting etc
What I didn't do when I was setting up the router in the past days, trying to solve this issue is giving a static channel, it was set to auto all the time, yesterday I set the channel to 10 and after more than 3 hours trying to get a connection without succeeding before that, the network is showing as it is suppose to be.
