Aim

To have a click responsive dock.

Procedure

1.1. Download the Dock.zip.
1.2. Download Beecons.zip.
1.3 Create, in MyDocs, folders named "Dock" and "Beecons"
2. Extract the folders (Dock and Beecons) and place it in your N900's root folder (MyDocs, respective folders Dock and Beecons)
3. Now fire up the "Xterminal"
4. Type
Code:
sudo gainroot
cd /home/user/MyDocs/Dock/
cp *.png /home/user/.queen_beecon_dir/
5. Next step would be to reinitialize the existing dock.... All you got to do is go to the settings of the Dock QBW (From Ammyt's Tutorial on First Page) and select Save and Run.
6. At this point you should see a the new dock.
7. Now you got to add another QBW.
8. Select Advanced and Click Import File to Buffer.
9. Go to the corresponding File in the Beecons Folder and select the file. (Doesn't matter which order you are going to select them)
10. Then select "Import buffer to Beecon"
11. Repeat Steps (7 - 10) for all the files Browser, Contacts and Phone
12. Set the Location... You are Done

I hope noone finds it confusing :P

Hi fareed_xtreme! Not confusing and quite perfect but once again it happens to me the dammed "Bad checksum" with files in Beecon folder, when going through step 10.

This also happened to me with ammyt's files in Sensible_Beecon folder. Then he uploaded a new set of files that avoided this issue. Could you upload some new files for "Beecon folder", getting rid of that "Bad checksum" error?

PS: It's so awesome the job of the community in this thread. Many thanks to all of you (a long list of nicks to write, ). Forgive me as noobie I am. I even tried (in red colour) to correct some of your guidelines that drove me to errors while going through first steps . Hope you don't mind; just for noobies like me.
