No. It doesn't. It doesn't sound like a Honeycomb tablet is what you want. It appears that you don't realize that's not a small, portable "app" that you'll find on a phone or tablet. You might wish to consider buying a Windows PC to run that type of desktop application, a Macintosh or even a Linux desktop might have something similar--but you don't even see such an "app" on a phone or tablet--not even the Jesus tablets (iPad/iPad2). The closest thing to that might be BUZZ Player, MoboPlayer and so on--but they don't play DVD's and Blueray. Phones and tablets don't do that as yet.
