personally i would go (actually went for the last one) for the £9 one;
the OEM one i bought for 6 or 7 £ a few months earlier was doing okay but only had 800 mAh (instead of the 1320 mAh advertissed)
the last one tops of @ 1230 mAh, but according to the author of the thread i posted earlier, the logic of the device is showing less then the actual capacity.

going to a NOKIA care center () is pointless, unless it is a major one; they'll just say they'll take the device in & send it to NOKIA...
