Not sure there is anybody else out there that both could and would. Google paid +60% over market cap for Motorola. That would make Nokia, even with post Elopcalypse share prices, very expensive purchase. 30 billion or more in Dollars. Very few corporations could afford that price. Most that could do not have any need for Nokia.
