Perhaps if they had focused on Maemo5 and then aggressively developed Maemo6 (Harmattan) instead of S^3 for their 2010 smartphone portfolio, there could be a bunch of winning Nokias out there in the wild.

But somebody decided to focus attention and $$$ away from in-house OS and went with Windows for smartphones.
