The same thing has been happening to me as well, sort of; I've noticed that sometimes if I connect using the MMS connection I get the upsell page. Just curious are you trying to connect using MMS connection or Tmobile internet connection? But the funny thing with MMS is I can check mail, update weather apps, and IM, just can't surf?
