You must have installed rootsh package. And now:
1. connect your phone to PC in Mass Storage mode and extract all files from archive to new folder (for example called "locktheme")
2. unplug the phone from PC, and open X-Term
3. your theme files are in /home/user/MyDocs/locktheme so now type into terminal
cp /home/user/MyDocs/locktheme/Images /opt/qtlockscreen/default/
4. now copy all fonts to location, so type
cp /home/user/MyDocs/locktheme/*.ttf /usr/share/fonts/
5. and finnally copy ini file.
cp /home/user/MyDocs/locktheme/*.ini /home/user/.config/sakya/
6. now restarting the service. Type
killall qtlockscreen
7. DONE!
