It's nice, that they give something as excuse, but i really feel sorry for You, cause You still can't use Your N900. At least, You can sell it, and for that money buy on aftermarket N900 in perfect condition, then have not small amount of money left as bonus.

That's the rare situation, when You can sell worse thing, and buy better one for much less money

Anyway, I wonder, what's up with Your N900. It's pity You're not from Poland - I would really like to examine it myself with Digital Multimeter, to see what's going on.
