at /proc/bootreason
the message does show even if you haven't overclocked, and overclocking is not the only reason for having powerkernel. Removing powerkernel will stop the message but not the random reboots (unless you have indeed overclocked), so you should find the reason for the reboots. If it is overclocking, you can disable it without removing powerkernel.
