Like Sakya pointed out. One is a method available within qtlockscreen app

Code:
/usr/bin/qtlockscreen -c "path to config file" -s "path for image to be saved"
Other is conventional method of taking a screenshot

Shift + Ctrl + P

your recent query is how i took the second screenshot. Load your file in developer mode and then take a conventional screenshot. I forgot exactly how i took it but i dragged the image (slider) with one of the fingers and took the screenshot. So in short, combining both qtlockscreen app and conventional method of taking a screenshot. hope it answers your question
