Hey guys here is a solution that sould work 100%(hopefully) i tried a few things nothing worked but this one did the trick so try it out

open X Terminal and type the following:

sudo gainroot (requires rootsh package)

rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/catblock.prerm

rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/catblock.*inst

apt-get purge catblock
