There is a typo in nHC.ini file:
BackGroundImageP="/opt/qtlockscreen/nHc/menu_bnw.png"
and it should be
BackGroundImageP="/opt/qtlockscreen/nHC/menu_bnw.png"

And next one:
SliderImage="/opt/qtlockscreen/nHc/nhc_background.png"
Should be:
SliderImage="/opt/qtlockscreen/nHC/nhc_background.png"
