Looks like batterypatch is at it again. Either uninstall it, or edit whatever scripts it uses so as to disable SmartReflex (VDD1/VDD2).

If you've already decided to lower the voltage so much (ideal), then there's no point in using SmartReflex (the idea of which is to do this automatically), especially considering that it's known not to work correctly with the N900.
