Elop must announce the his phone first and that will be Nokia World end of october and then Sey**** and Nokia released in end of november.
We've never had exact dates or time-frames (early October, 1st half October etc) like these until the last few days.
So I'm inclined to believe it's not a repeat of what's happened previously, where a lot of inferring was going on, in the absence of official word.
I reckon many places will have it in the 1st half of October, but of course there'll probably be just as many that won't till later.
