Sorry if my post wasn't clear.

I usually have to hit the Power Button (this brings up ASUI), Center D-Pad (tablet is then locked), Power Button again, then Center D-Pad to unlock the tablet, many times I have to do this more than once, actually, several times until the touch screen and hardware keys finally all work again.

Oh, and I don't think this has anything to do with the whole two minute setting in the Display Control Panel thingy.

The new audio feature sometimes stops working after only a few seconds.

All I can say is that I haven't found a pattern to this yet.
