Sorry for you little child...
I may suggest you to pay attention to the touch screen flat cable and his connector because it is so thin...
Anyway, clean the contacts of that flat with a little of alcool (those pins doesn't like finger tips) and verify that they are not interrupted due to the disassembly movements.
After all, if it is still not working keep searchin for a replacement... (with metal frame)
