Yes, I'm referring to file upload. Since there is no stock file browser, nor any kind of file browser dialog within the web browser, there is no way to upload files via the web browser. It may work in cases where you can type the filepath into a text field.

You can use the browser to open local files. I was able to display a local image and text file in the browser this way.
