It would be great to use gphoto2 with vumeter, for high speed photography! If someone would compile the latest version of gphoto2, we could use the "trigger function" of vumeter to shoot as a sound trigger. Anyone willing to compile the latest version of gphoto2? It is available here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/gphoto/files/ There's already a very old package available here: https://garage.maemo.org/projects/gphoto2/ but the maintainer cannot update it.
