Dell Streak 5? BOOM! Easy!
There are three common ways with that device... from easiest to hardest (which is still insultingly easy)... the success rate of each of these depends on which version of Android OS you're running--I would assume the XDA forum method would be the best (the one marked 'the RIGHT way', but I used z4root on my Galaxy Tab and it's the braindead easiest way to toggle rooted on or off):
